1 Definitions and Introduction

11 Account Closure and Suspension
hbajee 77 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following cases:
- Violation of any clause in these terms and conditions.
- Suspicion of fraud, deception or illegal activity.
- Failure to cooperate with identity verification.
- The information provided is found to be false or incomplete.
A member may also request the closure of their account at any time. At the time of account closure, there may be an opportunity to withdraw any valid remaining balance (excluding bonuses), but this will be on hold if an investigation is ongoing.
12 Changes to Terms
